Nominations are now being accepted for PSA’s Aquila Polonica Article Prize.
The Aquila Polonica Prize is awarded every other year to the author of the best English-language scholarly article published (either online or in print form in a peer-reviewed academic journal) during the previous two years on any aspect of Polish studies. The award carries a $500 honorarium, thanks to the generous support of Aquila Polonica Publishing, and is announced at the Annual Convention of the Association for Slavic, Eurasian, and East European Studies. Any article published in calendar years 2021 or 2022 will be eligible for the prize this year (only one article per author; co-authored articles are also accepted). All applicants for PSA awards must be current members of the Polish Studies Association. To join or renew your membership, please click here. Nominations and self-nominations should be sent to the prize committee by July 1, 2023. The winning publication will be awarded at the ASEEES Convention in Philadelphia.
