Gal-Ed, a bilingual (English/Hebrew), internationally respected, peer-reviewed journal devoted to research on the history and culture of Polish Jewry, is published under the auspices of the The Institute for the History of Polish Jewry and Israel-Poland Relations of Tel-Aviv University, and has appeared regularly since 1973. Over the years it has published numerous path-breaking articles and significant archival documents, as well as book reviews and review essays.
Gal-Ed publishes articles on all aspects of Polish Jewish history and culture, from earliest times until the present day.
Gal-Ed is indexed and accessible online (from 2007 onward) through the EBSCOhost Jewish Studies Source database.
The upcoming volume of Gal-Ed (number 26) will soon go to press.
