Are you, or do you know of, a diligent postgraduate student looking to enhance their CV? The BASEES Study Group for Minority History is hoping to recruit a voluntary assistant to help its conveners with various remote administrative tasks. These include updating the SGMH WordPress blog https://studygroupforminorityhistory.wordpress.com/ as well as helping to publicise upcoming events, publications and funding opportunities that may be of interest to existing members.

They will also assist with organising the Group's forthcoming symposium on 'Being a Minority in Times of Catastrophe', 25-26 June 2021. In return, the SGMH can potentially offer assistance and accommodation in London - pending funding applications.

While the position is open to all student members, an Eastern or South-east European national-based at a regional institution, and fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, would be preferable.

Please email the conveners at sgmh.basees@gmail.com for further details.
