Dear friends and colleagues,
In the latest episode of "Encounters with Polish Literature," produced in collaboration with the Polish Cultural Institute New York, I'm joined by Benjamin Paloff (University of Michigan) for a lively conversation (in English) about the work and philosophical ideas of Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz ("Witkacy"), with an interesting digression about the differences between the Polish and U.S. publishing industries. Benjamin also talks a bit at the end about the Polish program at the University of Michigan for students interested in advanced study in the field.
